PromptWise's Affiliate Program Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your participation in the PromptWise affiliate program (the "Program") and establish the terms and conditions of the Program. In these terms, "PromptWise," "we," "us," or "our" refers to PromptWise. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Self-referrals are not allowed
You are not permitted to sign up for PromptWise through your own affiliate link. If we detect any self-referrals, your account will be permanently banned and any commission earned will be forfeited.
2. Abuse or attempting to mislead
We do not tolerate attempts to abuse our affiliate system. Any attempt to mislead, manipulate or defraud us or potential customers will result in your account being permanently banned. This includes posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites or engaging in any other activity that violates our policies.
3. No ads that claim to be, or imply you are, PromptWise
You are allowed to run search engine ads, Facebook ads, and other paid advertising to promote your affiliate link. However, you may not run any ads that claim to be PromptWise, imply that you are PromptWise, or otherwise cause customers to believe your advertising originates from us. This includes bidding on branded terms such as "PromptWise" or our domain names in a way that suggests your ads are official, and using our name, branding, or domains in ad copy or display URLs in a manner that could mislead customers. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we detect any such activity.
4. No pretending to be acting on behalf of us (i.e. as an employee)
You are not allowed to impersonate PromptWise or pretend to be acting on our behalf. This includes posing as an employee or representative of our company.
5. Geographic eligibility
Participation in the Program is available only where we can lawfully operate it and pay you. We reserve the right to reject, restrict, or remove affiliates who are based in, or who direct traffic from, certain countries or regions. This includes any location subject to sanctions, embargoes, export controls, or other legal or payment restrictions, as well as any country or region we choose to exclude at our discretion. We may change the countries or regions we accept at any time. If your location becomes ineligible, we may suspend or terminate your participation and withhold or forfeit commissions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any time. We will provide notice of any changes to the Terms of Service on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the changes and comply with the updated terms.
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason if you violate these terms.
