PromptWise plans, trial, cancelling and refunds

PromptWise (promptwise.com) is an AI creative studio by the creators of AI Video Bootcamp with 40+ image, video and audio models on one subscription. This page gives straight answers on plans, the trial, cancelling and refunds.

What plans does PromptWise have?

PromptWise plans are Starter at $19 a month, Plus at $39, Pro at $79, Max at $149, Max 2 at $249 and Max 3 at $349. Every plan includes every model and feature. Higher plans give you more credits and more generations running at once.

Max also comes with 6,500 credits ($249 a month or $2,091 a year) or 9,500 credits ($349 a month or $2,931 a year). Prices are in US dollars and don't include VAT. Paying yearly saves up to 45%.

For per-model details, see PromptWise pricing and models.

What do credits get me?

Starter's 275 credits cover about 137 Nano Banana Pro images or 36 Kling 3.0 videos a month. Pro's 1,800 credits cover about 900 images or 240 Kling 3.0 videos. Different models, lengths and resolutions use different amounts of credits. Need more in a month? You can top up credits in the app at any time.

Is there a free plan?

No, PromptWise doesn't have a free plan. Instead, every plan starts with a 7-day trial that includes 50 credits, so you can try the models before you pay.

Does PromptWise have a free trial?

Yes. Every plan has a 7-day trial with 50 credits, and you need to add a card to start it. Choose a plan, add your card and get 50 credits to use over 7 days. After 7 days your plan starts at its normal price, for example $19 a month on Starter, unless you cancel first.

• Is a card needed? Yes, you add a card when you start the trial.
• Which plans have the trial? All of them, whether you pay monthly or yearly.
• What happens to unused trial credits? They're removed when your paid plan starts, so they don't carry over.

Will I be charged when the trial ends?

Yes. Your card is charged at the end of day 7, when the plan you picked starts. To avoid the charge, cancel before the trial ends.

How do I cancel PromptWise?

You can cancel PromptWise anytime in the app, in four clicks. A paid plan renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

Steps to cancel

1. Click your profile photo.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Manage subscription.
4. Click Cancel.

What happens after I cancel?

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, so you can keep creating until then. Cancelling stops future renewals, and unused credits don't roll over to a new billing period.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Each plan's credits are for that billing period, and unused credits don't carry over to the next month.

Does PromptWise give refunds?

Subscription fees aren't normally refundable, except where consumer-protection law requires a refund or a plan's own terms say otherwise (Terms, section 7.4). If you haven't used any credits, you can ask for a refund, and we decide each request at our discretion. Email [email protected] to ask. Closing your account doesn't refund fees you've already paid, with the same exceptions (Terms, section 15.1).

What if a generation fails?

The credits are refunded automatically. You don't need to contact support.

Can I upgrade or change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time in settings, and you can switch between monthly and yearly billing.

Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?

Yes. If you run low, you can top up credits in the app whenever you need them. For a bigger monthly allowance, move up a plan or to a larger Max credit option.

Who do I contact about billing?

Email [email protected] with any billing question. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us there first, as the Terms ask.
